BEACHES
PLATJA FONDA
This is a truly unique cove, in terms both of its location and access, and its physical characteristics.
Visitors need to head down a long set of steps before they discover this wild and hidden spot.
Its natural seclusion mean that the cove remains unspoiled, with coarse, dark sand, thanks to being difficult to reach.
This is one of the most peaceful coves anywhere along the coastline of Begur.
PLATJA AIGUABLAVA
This is one of the most popular coves not only in Begur but anywhere in Catalonia.
The sand blends in to the unmistakable and delightful turquoise of the water, combining with the surrounding landscape to give it a unique appearance.
PLATJA DE CASTELL
Nature and history combined. The beach of Castell is located just a few metres from the Iberian settlement of Castell and, of course, integrated within the area of natural interest of Castell-cap Roig. Here a channel of the Aubi river flows out and the beach offers more than 300 metres of fine sand that will delight the whole family.
